About the room
This is an entire 2nd floor loft area of my private home. The home is new contruction in a very nice neighborhood off Hwy 75. You will have access to the seasonal olympic size community pool. Uptairs has a bedroom, full bath & complete sitting area which includes a microwave & mini frig. You will also have access to the main kitchen area of the home including laundry facilities. I am hoping to get a professional female. ( i.e. traveling nurse or other traveling professional) But will consider other professional as well. No pets allowed or overnight guest. Must have your own transportation.
About the roomies
I am a SBF who’s a 55+ active senior. I do not smoke and I am a social drinker. My home is clean and well maintained with no pets. I will be the only other occupant. I am a very clean, peaceful & quiet person. I am looking for the same qualities for a potential roommate.
