• Access to Living Room, and TV
• All Utilities Included: Electricity, Water, Wi-Fi, Netflix, Prime Video.
• Nice and Clean “SHARED” Kitchen.
• Shared Laundry
• Property just about 5mins drive from Marietta square and Kennestone hospital.
• Pool available in the summer period to be used but on appointment basis only

Looking for cool and clean roomate NO smoking inside. No pets small.Only room for 1 car. No parties or excessive over night visitors.Students are very much preferred. Please ask questions if you have any. Thank you.
