About the room
The apartment complex is on the outside of town and it’s pretty quiet. The property is gated with controlled access there are plenty of shade trees and a pool to keep you cool. The apartment comes with a washer/dryer, refrigerator, oven/range, and microwave. The apartment is addiction free– no tobacco, weed, vaping or drugs. The room is single occupancy only. NOTE TO SERVICE MEMBERS–it’s only 47 minutes to Fort Irwin and 57 minutes to Edwards AFB! 😃This is a great option if you are PCSing and plan on moving on base in a few months, or plan to stay longer.
About the roomies
I’m a professional who teleworks half the week and many of my neighbors do as well. Those who don’t telework usually work at one of the nearby military bases. I’m very health concious and prefer the quiet life.
