How does country living sound? Quiet, safe and affordable and some great sunsets! I have one extra room in my house for $675 a month includes all utilities! -One Bill! I am renting to one mature person one bedroom with private bathroom utilities included. The room can be furnished or unfurnished. You will be the only roommate. You will also have access to laundry and kitchen. There is kitchen space for your groceries in a cupboard and refrigerator/freezer. There is a small art room for drawing, painting, tv or music and a meditation room. Naturist. The house is on a few quiet and safe acres in the country, but close to the I:35/Gardner Exit. Ten minutes to I:35/119. There is space for a summer garden if you have a green thumb or would like to try to grow your own fresh veggies! I have 1dog and 2 cats that are 80% outdoors- their choice. I am seeking a stable, mature, working/proof of income, no druggies, no alcoholics, no smoking or vaping inside home, no felons, con-conspiracy theorist, no slobs/hoarders, no recent-evictions, no jerks and of course, NO DRAMA. There is a month-to-month rental agreement. $675 deposit- returned if room is left as you got it. May consider very, very well-behaved potty trained dog /cat with additional fee/rent. If your dog or cat isn’t friendly with other pets or isn’t potty trained- move on. The land is not fenced to keep a dog. Would consider discounting room for some cleaning or teaching me Spanish. **What is your time frame for moving and why? What are a few of your hobbies?

I am only renting to one person so no other roomies besides my 4 legged ones. I enjoy the outdoors, art, live music, meditation. Only renting to one person.
