Owner is searching for community minded roommates that enjoy gardening and the upkeep of having a yard and house. Owner is open to reduced rent for an adept handy person to do projects around the property.
I work majority of the week and have weekends off, I’m laid back and am either in nature or playing videos games in my room. I enjoy keeping things simple and like to keep communication open. My cat is an indoor only cat and he is a friendly lil lump.
The owner/roommate is a retired master fabricator. He enjoys working in his shop with his projects. He shares the hallway bathroom with roommates and the kitchen, as he hasn’t finished them in his tiny house. Usually in the house during the morning to make breakfast and coffee, then spends majority of the time in his tiny house. Is wanting to be more hands off regarding the house to enjoy his retirement.
