Room comes fully furnished with a huge walk-in closet.

You will enjoy a large bedroom on the second floor with a beautiful territorial view. We are just across the road from Banner Forest with 650 acres and 30 miles of trails.

Our spacious (2900 sq’) 1911 Craftsman Farm house features a gourmet kitchen, perfectly set up to accommodate our communal living. You will share a bathroom with one housemate.

Rent includes all utilities including Broadband wifi internet.

Amenities include fireplace and piano in living room and wood stove and piano in family room, large back deck, front and back porches, fully stocked gourmet kitchen with double ovens. Wood floors throughout house with wonderful area rugs.

Property includes hot tub, creek, pond, lots of bird feeders, (so lots of birds), hammocks, fire pit, garden and a teeter totter.

No smoking, drugs or excessive drinking.

No night shift workers.

We are quiet, friendly and enjoy our space and simple, drama free house.

House is currently occupied by 3 mature professionals and two delightful cats. Quiet and pretty much keep to themselves.
