Private, clean room in a quiet, well-kept home. The room gets good natural light, has a closet, and is ideal for someone who values a calm place to relax after work. Shared areas are clean and respected, this is not a party house. The bathroom is private but not connected to the room. there may be a house guest that may need to use the rarely.

We are a quiet, respectful couple who keep a calm, drama-free home. We don’t drink or smoke and value a peaceful living environment. We’re friendly but also give people their space.

We do have two dogs who roam the home, they’re part of the household, so the renter should be comfortable around dogs. This is a relaxed, low-key home, not a party house.
