About the room

The property is located in a quiet gated community, with a communal pool and fitness center right by the house. All shared spaces are furnished and have just about every appliance/streaming service you could want. The room is attached to a full on balcony with a beautiful Mountain View. You would also have a garage parking spot.

About the roomies

Both roomies are in their late 20’s/early 30’s, work full time, and go to school. I’m a teacher back in school and my other roomie is an Assistant Manager in the auto industry! We’re both so busy and rarely ever home, let alone at the same time, but we do enjoy chatting and the occasional brunch! The house is quiet and tidy! In my free time I enjoy hitting the gym, hiking trails, or an exercise class.
