About the room
I have a large master bedroom for rent. It’s furnished with a full sized bed, nightstands, dresser and a small closet. Great natural light with four windows and very calming. The neighborhood is very safe and 15 minutes from UNCC. I have a fire pit that I like to use in the winter and plenty of gardening space if you have a green thumb. I also have 3 cats and one is a 4 month old kitten that loves to play
About the roomies
I am 35/F and when I’m not working I enjoy getting house projects done and gardening and cooking. I am an introvert so no parties, drugs, heavy drinkers or overnight guests. I’m pretty calm, relaxed, responsible and tidy, and I’m looking for a roommate who shares those qualities.
