Our 6 bedroom 4 bath house is located in evergreen with a great view of San Jose from the back of the house. We have two cozy living rooms, a large kitchen, and garage for storage. The area is peaceful, quiet, and beautiful.

Master Bedroom!! Unfurnished private master bedroom with a large private bathroom and balcony. You will have full kitchen access including pantry and cupboard space, on-site laundry, easy street parking, and storage space in garage! Couples will be considered for $1900, no inside smoking, no pets.

The roomies are currently 3 male and 2 females ages 21-27. We are all working professionals who are mindful, respectful, and laid back. We all have our own routines and interests, but enjoy hanging out together either in passing or for the occasional house get together. We are all independent, clean, and quiet. we have an assortment of work schedules, including in office, work from home, hybrid, and night shift.
