The home does have a washer and dryer for use and a Background check is required, as well as a $500 refundable Security Deposit. High Speed Internet with ethernet connection & a TV in your room.

The monthly rent for the room is $850 - Includes Utilities. There is also no smoking allowed..

Room has a Carpeted Floor, QUEEN sized bed with sheets, covers and 2 pillows, a mini fridge, a dresser and nightstand, a lot of shelf space, work desk with lamp and chair, closet space, and a 42“ smart TV as well with a google TV device plugged in.

The house is currently occupied by 1 adult males. The room can be shown asap. I am not open to animals in the house.

Home also has a beautiful sun room area and back porch that may be used as well.
