Looking for a responsible/employed person to share fully furnished modern townhouse in the Limestone Springs Community in Fishers. Occupancy negotiable, quiet neighborhood, very safe area. Access to entire home except other occupied bedrooms, all utilities included, 5G internet, 10 foot projection TV. Room available is approximately 14x14, does have a queen size bed and tv in it already we do ask that there be No drama as we are 2, reliable, working adults who tend to stay to our selves for the most part we work come home sleep and do it over again. Must be okay with dogs, she is super loving and protective for all that reside, as well as 2 kittens Unfortunately No additional pets allowed ant this time. Maisie (our dog) Is Always crated or in owners room. Oversize new washer dryer, new AC/Furnace, kitchen is stainlees steel, fully equipped with dishwasher/garbage disposal/utensils/pot/pans. Very clean and updated. Month to month with minimum of 3 months preferred. Community pool, fulley equipped workout room, tennis/basketball courts, parking. Bike paths near by as well.

I myself am a 40 year-old female currently resigning in the master bedroom. I am a bartender so I do work weird hours, but I am for the most part not here too often so I do ask sometimes for help with Maisie our dog if you do come home and see her in the kennel. I do ask that you let her out to use the restroom as sometimes I do work long hours if that is a problem I ask that you pass on this listing. The other Room Mate is a 50-year-old male who also works odd hours and tends to keep to himself for the most part stays in his room mostly and only comes out most of the time just to cook food you won’t see him very much. You will have to share a bathroom with him as it is a shared bathroom for the two bedroom bedrooms, but he is a very friendly male easy to get along with. I would say we are both pretty easy going people very easy to get along with. We are not a party house. I will say that right off the bat so if that’s what you’re looking for please keep looking as that is not what our house is about.
