My name is Robert.

I’m 37 year old male who has been living here in Malibu canyon apartments for the last 4.5 years. I’m an entrepreneur that has had my current business for the last 11 years in Camarillo.

I’ve had friends, both male and female live with me on and off over the years and have kept my second room as a very lightly used guest room.

I decided that i want to live here one more year while I’m saving up for a house, So I’m going to rent out my second room.

I have two paid, covered parking spots, including a dedicated EV charging spot with a level 2 charger that’s a 2 minute walk away (i recently got rid of my electric car). The other one is directly in front of the house.

I’m out of the house usually by 6:30 AM, home between 5-9. Typically on the weekends I’m outside so long as it’s warm.

I don’t typically have many guests over but do host company for dinner from time to time (couple times a month at most). You can too.

Malibu canyon apartments is generally awesome! Three sets of pools, fire pit, jacuzzi, tennis/pickleball courts/ dog area/ bbqs by all the pools / 2-story gym. They keep it all very clean.

I’m a pretty clean character in terms of my living habits and you should be too.

Happy to live with a man or a woman, I have happily lived with both sexes, and people in the LGBT community. Doesn’t much matter to me.

No live-in couples. If you have someone you’re dating all I’d ask is that you keep the sleep overs to no more than 2 and sometimes 3 nights a week max. Not a stickler about company, I just don’t want to live with a couple if that makes any sense.

I’d heavily prefer someone that doesn’t work from home full time, hybrid would be fine. Some exceptions apply depending on your lifestyle.

I just exended the lease for another year from June 26 to June 27.

No party animals. If you like to have fun-totally cool-but it would get old fast if the party was ending at our place on the weekends. I generally don’t drink or smoke but on rare occasions.
