My name is Mason and I’m 26 years old! I just recently moved to Oregon from Lousiana and I’m interested in renting out the 2nd bedroom in my apartment. I’m away from home around 12 hours a day due to work so you’ll have the place to yourself if you’re home during the weekdays. I’m a very clean person and I expect whoever I live with to respect that and clean up after themselves in the common and shared areas. I’m lgbt friendly. I prefer no smokers due to the smell, but if it’s medically necessary I respect that and we can work around that. I have no pets. I’m potentially open to pets but it would be a case by case basis depending on breed, allergy, etc.
