About the room
We have the primary bedroom and bathroom in a spacious townhome which will be available for move in Feb 18.
You can hop right on I-540 which makes it very convenient to a lot of places. Downtown Durham is a 15 minute drive, and downtown Raleigh and Chapel Hill are both 20 minutes away. 5 min to RTP.
The community is very quiet and friendly. It includes a pool which you will have access to. I have a two car garage which you will also have access to.
We are looking for someone mature and responsible who is friendly and easy to get along with. Pets are welcome.
Utilities are shared equally and are typically $100/person.
The home will be entirely furnished, including your bedroom.
About the roomies
We are working professionals, and are looking for someone who can communicate well and be considerate of others, and keep a clean and tidy home. We mostly keep to ourselves, and some of us are not home much due to work and travel.
