You will have access to a private bathroom and access to the shared living space that includes a full kitchen, spacious living room, fenced in backyard, fully stocked laundry room, half bath, and two car garage.

The lease will be flexible based on the length of your training and there will be no painful move out process. I strive to make the move-in/move-out/living process as stress free as possible so you can focus on flight school.

Utilities will be split between you and your roommate. No pets allowed. Maintenance and lawncare will be handled by the landlord and the HOA.
