About the room
Welcome home to a great condo on the 6th floor of a historic building in downtown Cape Coral. It is a secured building on the water with a dock, heated pool, workout room, and incredible people. I am looking for a long-term roommate as it is costly up front to move in, but I will work with you on that for the right person. The room is furnished but can be unfurnished if you want to make it your own and you have a private bathroom.
