Looking for two roommates to share home located in Southend Brunswick. The rooms are unfurnished but can be furnished for additional $50 per month. There is a security system in place with monitoring. Tenant would be responsible for one-third of electric, internet and security monitoring. No smoking or vaping and no drugs. Students would be ideal. There is an enclosed back yard. There is one dog and two cats on the premises.

House recently purchased. I am a 21 year old part time student looking for two roommates who can share home with me and follow basic rules for good roomies! I love baking, Jesus, and my golden doodle. I attend Community Church on St Simons Island. My mom doesn’t live here but will be taking care of the initial interviewing and she will handling the financial aspects of renting.
