Private room and private bathroom with shower (no tub) + a walk-in closet in a rustic Spanish-style home available for rent with utilities fully included (electricity, water, gas, trash, and internet WiFi). This two-bedroom, two-bathroom home comes with more windows than walls, filling the space with natural light. You will have your own private bedroom with full bathroom & shower inside your room. Your room also comes with a walk-in closet.

The home is located on the second floor and has a beach vibe to it with lots of character and available parking. Many amenities are conveniently located right outside your doorstep accessible by foot, including a super market, pharmacy, laundromat, a park and more.

LOCATED OUTSIDE OUR DOOR STEP: Super Market, Laundromat, Bus Stop, General Dollar Store, Restaurants, Nail Salon and a Park offering diverse recreational facilities like playgrounds, a skate park, sports courts (tennis, basketball), a swimming pool, and picnic areas, alongside a community center and amphitheater for events.

Entrance is through the backyard in the back of the house, up the stairs and through the kitchen. We will be sharing common areas like the living room and the kitchen which is fully stocked and ready to use.

Regarding the room photo: some of the furniture has been removed or moved around, but the room comes with a queen bed, walk in closet and a green table that can be used in the room.
