This is a new construction house built in 2025. 19 min from Downtown and 12 min from Domain. A short distance away from major corporations (St. David’s Hospital, Samsung, Apple, Amazon, Dell, FB, Oracle)

The space: The rent will include all bills. I have 2 rooms available. You can rent both and use one as your office and have your own bathroom. 6-12 month lease options available! We have a community pool and amenities center! The home is in a quiet neighborhood and conveniently located near the major attractions of North Austin. The house is spacious, with a huge private fence backyard.

Bedroom 1: $1195; Bedrooms 2: $1095.
