About the room
Hello! I am renting a single room with private bathroom, in my house in Rock Hill. Room can either be furnished or unfurnished. Bathroom is a full bath.
The house has a small front yard, and fenced in back yard. Parking is available either in driveway or in front of house.
Close to Winthrop and York Tech…probably not feasible to walk but could bike, and it takes about 4/5 minutes by car to get to each. Also close by is “downtown” Rock Hill, multiple parks, and plenty of options for shopping, etc.
I am willing to discuss pets on a case by case basis. If we agreed on a pet, I would add a small fee to rent.
About the roomies
I am the only roommate. I have two dogs, it is very important that whoever rents from me, is extremely good with dogs. They are small and not mean, but they do take a little while to adjust.
I am 43, single, male, heterosexual, work in accounting, no kids. I enjoy fishing, golf, gardening, home projects, and spending time with family and friends. I don’t have people over often, don’t party, and am generally working during the day and home during off hours. I sleep around 9 and wake around 6.
Regarding relationship with roommate, I am open to being friendly / socializing or respecting your solitude and privacy, whatever we agreed on.
