This is a 2 bed 2 bath condo located north of Durango. Perfect location for skiers wanting to hit purgatory. You can sit and relax on two balconies with great views of Missionary ridge. The renter or renters would have a room and private bathroom. The condo is furnished except for the listed bedroom, it also has a garage for all of your storage needs. The current rent should be around 800 which can vary with electrical usage. Unfortunately the lease does not allow pets of any type. Absolutely no smoking on the property. I am 21 years old working in healthcare in Durango. I currently am the only tenant of this condo. I’m an avid outdoorsman, ski, hike, hockey, etc. Recently I’ve been doing a lot of travel across North America. I do not drink, smoke or party. However I don’t mind roommates who do drink. I do hold myself to high standards of cleanliness and respect, and would like to expect the same from roommates.
