About the room
We are renting a private bedroom in our apartment, where only my husband, a long-term roommate (who has lived with us for two years), and I live. We do not have children or pets, and the apartment is located in a quiet, pleasant community

About the roomies
We are renting one private bedroom with an exclusive bathroom in a three-bedroom apartment located in a quiet, well-maintained community. Only my husband and I live in the apartment, as our roommates are moving out soon. Although two bedrooms are available, only one will be rented; the other will be used as a home office/TV room.
We are easygoing, work every day, and value a clean, organized, and respectful home. No prejudice of any kind is tolerated. We enjoy traveling in our free time.
We cook at home nightly and provide weekly professional housekeeping for the entire apartment. We are looking for an organized tenant. Smokers are welcome as long as smoking is limited to the balcony.
