Close to Westcrest Park, Westwood Village, White Center, highways 99, 599, 518, 10 minute drive from downtown Seattle.
Cleaning service performed in common areas (including bathroom!) every other week.
700 per month plus utilities and electricity. Internet up and running and included.
Last month and 700 deposit required before move in. We screen tenants using Cozy.co, a 40 dollar fee is paid directly to them for their services (credit check and rental history check). Room available immediately!
About the roomies
A range of people! It’s a large house, but the rooms are pretty private. 2 have their own entrances, 5 have their own kichenettes, 6 have their own bathrooms! Ages range from late twenties to retired, people working in blue, white collar and service industries. Kind of a White Center microcosm in one house:)
