Convenience store about 5 blocks away, plus nearby Mexican meat market and a dollar store. Easy walking access to everyday basics. Home is safe, stable, and currently in a light remodel, so it’s best for someone who’s flexible and likes a calm, practical setup.

Your personal choices are your own. The home is like a duplex although we’re not using it as such there is a kitchen door between the front 700 ft.² in the back 700 ft.² and we’re gonna have a 24’ x 12’ studio for podcasting. Could also be used for music I’m gonna soundproof as I remodel. May have some bands over if we choose. Everybody has their own say. I also do stand-up. Writing songs and advertising copy as a creative. I also own an air-conditioning company I’m a master. I had a 5.0 review rating on Google for years now it’s 4.9. I always treat everybody with a 5.0 attitude. I’m also a wine maker. We can have tasting of any fruit in about a month. Enjoy
