Hello! I’m looking for a roommate for the third bedroom with private bathroom. I have 3 bedrooms One is owner use and second one use female relatives.

Your are room has Full size bed, Book shelves, desk and a chair, 3 drawers x 2, TV and cabinet, Ceiling fan with lights, Closet and A/C. However If you have your own furniture we can coordinate.

South Cathy Historical Quiet neighbor and convenient location. House is corner of street has Gorgeous Spanish-style Duplex home, wood floors, and lots of Antiques, decorations, fireplace and white baby grand piano!

Common areas are - Species Living room, Dining room, nook Breakfast, Kitchen and Laundry room,

YOUR ROOM: 14f x 11f sqf154 Small closet. Private bathroom and 2 entrance with lock. first floor Garden view.

Parking are street ( with permit)

Utilities: Internet, Gas, Water and Electricity included ( If increase extremely high usage we need discuss.)

Security Deposit: $1550

What I’m Looking for in a Roommate: Committed to open and kind communication so we can have a good roommate relationship and deal with any conflicts or misunderstandings in a respectful way Clean in the common areas and considerate (although if you want to be totally messy in your room, completely fine!)

Non-smoker, No drama, and respect each other.

Animals: I have 2 small dogs (Shi-Tzu) are very sweet to people. ( If you have one we need see chemistry matching each other)

Furniture: The common areas are already furnished so there isn’t room for additional furniture in those spaces. We can chat if you want to bring in your own bedroom furniture but I just need enough heads up so I can arrange to get rid of it.
