Shared Master Bedroom With One Man.

He drives for Uber in San Francisco often and lives in both Fresno and here so is not always home.

Another man preferred. You are welcome to meet him to make sure it is a good mutual fit.

Good sized master bedroom on 2nd Floor of Single Family Home.

Comes with own separate bathroom with own toilet, shower, sink (shared with you and him).

You are welcome if you move in to take initiative and help make the room to your liking while running it by the other guy (who is flexible).

His friend had to move out due to a family emergency so looking for replacement now.

2 closets (one smaller one and medium sized walk in closet).

Bed included or you could bring your own and we could figure it out.

$1,000 a month (no extra for utilities including water, gas, electric and wifi)

$500 deposit

Flexible month to month agreement where you could stay as long as you’d like and are not locked down.

The house is clean, functional, and when things break around the house, they are addressed quickly and a solution is made.

In the upstairs unit, there are four bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The other 3 bedrooms share the other bathroom.

Shared kitchen with everyone. There is a small living room. Rarely used though.

In the other rooms currently are 2 middle aged Filipino couples and 2 guys that work at the airport in the last bedroom.

It’s a peaceful house with people often not home and working.

Most people living here are working professionals in their 20’s to 50’s, are not home all the time or only come to sleep, and so the house stays quiet most of the time.

The space is designed to maximize living space while not overcrowding.

The main criteria to live here is to be clean, respectful of others around you, open to living among other people, and reliable at paying your amount due. This room has more private space than the others.

There is one spot on the driveway for parking (first come first served and shared between everyone on second floor). Otherwise, there is street parking in all directions and you just need to find a spot, follow street sweeping signs and at times may have to park a couple blocks away (depending on availability).

Also very close to public transportation if you don’t have a car.

No laundry in unit. You must go to a laundromat.

You are renting the room with a key to your room and shared access to common areas. You must be comfortable with living around other people and being respectful. Everyone is often working and the house is often quiet.
