I am looking to move to the Phoenix area for work but will only be living there part time; by part time I mean I will hardly be there, so you will have the place to yourself the majority of the time. I will only be in the area to attend meetings or visit sites.

I am open to other areas in Scottsdale/Tempe, and most floorplans will have their own private bathroom.

We can also look at 3 bedroom floorplans if you need addtional room but the rent will increase accordingly.

I work remote and need this as my primary residence. I will be here “part time” but will most likely be traveling 99 percent of the time out of state/country.

I am very down to earth and have pets but I will not bring my pets here.
