I’m a Project manager who works full time. I have a company on the side as well so stay busy. It’s myself and my 6 year old son who I have full time. I coach my son’s baseball team as well and always have something like that going.

I make 6 figures and don’t need a roommate but it’s money I could put straight into saving. It also would be helpful if I could trust leaving my son with someone at times and this would discount rent obviously.

I don’t have company over besides my mom occasionally or my sons friends. So very low key and house is empty Monday - Friday during the day. I don’t mind an occasional planned event but with my son don’t want people sleeping over or being the hang out spot. Definitely needs to be right fit and work for everyone. Great for someone who works and is happy with a nice peaceful place for themselves and also happy socializing or partying outside of here. Family welcome of course.

Definitely would want anyone to feel at home. Work all day kid in bed at 7:30 during week. I’m in bed 9 so would have shared space to yourself often. I keep the place clean. Would respect personal food but sharing dinner some days and common food items a must do to one fridge and it saves money.

Also have 2 cats. DJ Kitty and Ninja Kitty. They are indoor/outdoor but sleep inside every night.

Would like to meet 1st and open to short term trial period of 3-6 months based on comfort level.
