I have a bedroom coming available in a nice 3 bed/2 bath home about 20 minutes from downtown.

About the roomies

My son (age 27) rents the master bedroom/bath. The other 2 rooms share a bath. One room is currently rented by 25yo female. All utilities included except Wi-Fi (split amongst roomies).

Both roommates are laid back and easy to get along with. My son is only there part time during the week while in school at Georgia Southern. The other young woman is a paraprofessional who works days.
