The room and home is cozy. and can be made very low-light or very bright depending on your preference. No furniture? No problem because this room has a dresser, desk, nightstand, bed, and even a mini fridge. The area is close to everything and I mean it. You will be 10 minutes from the beach, Target, Whole Foods, Walmart, Oleta River State Park, Aventura Mall, the I-95 North/South, 826, and the list goes on. Parking won’t be an issue. The house is situated in a calm neighborhood with a lake walking distance.

I’m a friendly, easy-going woman and an empty nester enjoying this new chapter of life. I love going to the beach, taking walks, and dancing whenever I get the chance. I’m respectful, social, and value a peaceful, comfortable home. I’m looking to share my space with responsible, kind individuals who appreciate a calm and positive living environment.
