You’ll have your own garage space if you choose to park there. Plenty of parking in my spacious driveway. I live within walking distance to the community college, Walmart, post office, and a shopping strip. There’s a bus stop at the end of the street.

It’s me, my wife, and my senior Chihuahua. We are both quiet and hold professional jobs. We reside in the main house, so the apartment space will be entirely yours! I prefer someone who is looking for a short-term stay but am willing to accept someone long-term, depending on the circumstances. No smokers or drug users, must be employed with proof and provide either your current credit score or references from your last landlord or roommate.
