Oakbrook Apartments is conveniently located on the Tiger Trails bus route and in close proximity to multiple grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping centers. It is also close to Tiger Stadium for football game days. The property is generally well-maintained and has two pools, a small dog park, and a 24/7 gym and business center with free coffee and printing, Mac computers, and study rooms. Staff is friendly and helpful. Electricity is the only utility not included in rent. My unit in particular has an in-unit washer and dryer.

The available room is small to medium sized with a large walk-in closet and decently sized private bathroom (as seen in photos).

Hi, my name is Mason (he/him)! I’m a senior at LSU studying Computer Science. I enjoy cooking, baking, thrifting, playing video games, and listening to music. I have two cats (ESAs) who are very friendly. I am very clean and always keep shared spaces free of food waste.

My other roommate, Icy (they/them), will be joining the lease next year as well. They are currently a senior at LSU studying Biochemistry, but they will be graduating after this semester. They also enjoy cooking, baking, and playing video games. They also value keeping shared spaces clean. Their cat, Smokey (ESA as well) is a little feisty but warms up quickly to people.

We enjoy having friends over once a week or a few times a month for movie/game nights and we sometimes get a little loud. It is completely okay to join us or tell us to quiet down! We also enjoy OUTDOOR gardening (iykyk).
