About the room
Corner single family home within walking distance to the Vons and Yolandas by the water. It’s a 12 min walk to the Seabridge community and the walking paths by the water. The house is also located less than 2 miles from the beach and close to a family friendly park. The house also has access to a community pool, community center, hot tub and tennis courts. Security deposit and move in date is flexible and room can be made available earlier. WOMEN ONLY PLEASE. MOVE IN DATE IS FLEXIBLE.
About the roomies
Professional who works in the office during the day and either at home or out during evenings. The house is already furnished but the bedrooms are not. The private bedroom is also adjacent to a bathroom that will not be shared.
I will be staying in the master bedroom which has its own bathroom. House is a 3bedroom 2 bathroom. The third bedroom will be used as an office/guest room.
There is access to a kitchen and washer and dryer. You would have access to the backyard as well and possibly garage for storage, if needed. You would have access to pool, hot tub, and tennis courts too.
