Master Suite Available Upstairs or Downstairs…. Just under 2000 sq foot house near Cactus and Jones. House is 3 years old and just had new carpet and new flooring installed. Downstairs has a kitchenette and direct access to backyard while the upstairs has full kitchen and a patio. House has solar system so utilities are low and there is also an electric car charger available for use. Washer/Dryer and some storage included. $1200 a month plus 1/2 of utilities. Security deposit will be required at move in as well.
About the roomies
Bought and furnished house for my father and I but unfortunately he passed away last August and now a lucky Las Vegas resident will benefit from the fantastic job we did setting up the house.
