Looking for a roommate for my roughly 800 square foot 1-bedroom apartment. I’ve turning my dining room into a pre-furnished second bedroom. You’ll have a twin size loft bed with a desk, chair, dresser and bookshelf. You’ll be right next to the radiator and the air conditioning unit for ideal climate control year round!
This apartment is perfect for students, as it’s only a 7 minute walk from Whitman campus and a 7 minute drive from WWCC. Parking is limited but available. The area is very bike-friendly, and there’s plenty of space in the building’s bike racks. Full kitchen and bathroom (with shower and tub) are shared. Bathroom is accessible through my room, and the kitchen is accessible through yours so it is a fairly shared space. I would strongly prefer a female and/or LGBTQ+ roommate. Building does not allow any form of cannabis use on the premises.
On site laundry available in the building basement for $1.50 per load to wash, plus $1/load to dry. There’s also an elevator in the building, and additional storage available in the basement.
You will have to apply for tenancy through Caldwell Banker and be added to the lease if you intend to stay for more than 2 weeks. This fee is included in your move in fee.
Hi, I’m Han! I’m a 22 year old nonbinary Computer Science major at Whitman College, and a graduate of Walla Walla Community College. I love books, movies, crafting, sewing , ballet, cats and renaissance fairs! I host weekly movie nights with my friends at Whitman and would love to have you join us. I’m a writer, quilter and sourdough bread baker. I’m a full time student, and typically spend about 1 night a week at my parents’ house, so I’m not home all the time, but fairly often. I’m hoping to get a cat at some point, but can’t currently afford one.
