Available second bedroom (with private hall bathroom) in a two bedroom apartment. Rent price includes wifi and electric bills (water and trash also included).

Apartment located at The Trails at Bethabara, right off Reynolda Road and a short drive to Wake Forest University. The apartment complex has a gated entrance, leash free pet park, clubhouse, salt water pool, 24hour fitness center, laundry facility, and tennis court. There is also a hiking path that connects with the beautiful Bethabara Park Trails.

Shared living, dining, and kitchen spaces are semi-open but have plenty of space. Kitchen is fully stocked, so you don’t need to bring anything unless you want to. The living room is nicely furnished with a hammock (but I am getting a couch soon, so there’s that).

I’m Meli (she/her)! I have an adorably clingy orange tabby cat named Adam. I’d say I’m pretty chill and easy to get along with.

I’m a 23 year old, queer, national service volunteer with a program called AmeriCorps (think of it as a domestic Peace Corps) who also works part time as a waitress because national service workers don’t make the big bucks.

My current lease ends mid-July, so anything beyond that is up in the air and probably negotiable (I honestly have no clue what my plans are), but I am looking for someone who can sublet the full 7 months.
