Home is located in a nice area near a school, river, trails for walking/hiking. Room is located upstairs, with a size of 9ft 10in x 11 ft 5.5in. You will have your own bathroom. Not far from from LBCC campus. Small front yard and a fenced backyard with a deck. Small kitchen on ground floor.
About the roomies
I am a single home owner, non-smoker with 2 cats. I’d like to find someone kind, responsible and safe. This is a 2 story house so they need to be able to use stairs. I will also require a rental agreement to be signed by both parties. I’ve recently started a new job. Will keep this open to all possible inquires but still evaluating candidates and need to rent room.
