Hi! I’m looking to fill the master bedroom in this beautiful cap hill home next to the Fillmore and argonaut. I’m leaving early ane my roommates are looking for one more to sublease for the open room- lease ends 9/1/26.

Master bedroom (2 closets, jacuzzi, glass shower, full balcony)

Things to know about the house:

• Such an awesome Colfax location near grocery stores, wonderful coffee shops, music venues like the Fillmore, yoga studios, cheesman park, civic center, Argonaut, etc.
• 4 minute walk from a bus stop
• 3 total parking spaces with additional street parking
• Really good appliances. including washer/dryer, dishwasher, gas stove.
• 3 FULL bathrooms
• Extra room downstairs! right now we don’t use it too much but it stores art supplies and the dart board. It’s a blank canvas that you could definitely utilize.
• Back yard AND front ‘yard’ space with seating and gardening ❤
• we have a fire pit, a dart board, and a porch swing!
• I make macrame! In the process of making a new hammock for the front yard😎
• fully furnished except for your bedroom. We also have an empty tv mount in the living room waiting for a friend to fill it.

About Katie - Hi! I’m 25 y/o and moved to Denver 2ish years ago after graduating from Michigan State University. I love this city. I love my neighborhood. I enjoy living with people for- the sake of community, living in a house instead of a boring apartment, and saving money. I love to socialize and make meaningful connections. my independence is also important to me! I don’t have any pets but have lived with cats and dogs for years. I love them dearly. A nicely kept shared space is also becoming more and more important to me. #1 priority is understanding of each other’s situations/schedules, making consistent effort to take pride in and care of the beautiful space we live in, and communication !! I work evenings as a bartender. I like to spend time outside, write, sing, go to coffee shops, enjoy live music, shop second hand, exercise at home, do yoga and get in good quality time with my friends as best I can. House dinners occasionally sound nice to me 🙂

About Vivian - Hi! I’m Vivian, 23, and I’ve been living in Denver since September after moving from the East Coast (originally from Delaware). I graduated from Cornell University last year and currently work as a veterinary assistant. Outside of work, I love dancing (especially salsa and samba), staying active at the gym or indoor cycling, and taking walks outdoors. Let’s see if it’s a good fit!!
