(Females only please) Right near main street with a bunch of small businesses, parks, restaurants, etc. Its a 2 floor apartment, my bedroom is on the 2nd floor. The spare bedroom is on the first with the kitchen, bathroom and living room. There’s a futon couch that you can keep in the room if you would like, obviously everything else will be removed. No pets allowed unfortunately due to lease, unless certified ESA. The room has 3 big windows and a closet for storage. Also will need to sign a lease if interested. The only utility not included is electric, so that will be split :)

Just a small town girl, livin in a lonely world. Lol jk im basically a grandma in a 26 year old body, i love arts & crafts. I’m not a neat freak but I like a clean space. Just looking for someone with good vibes to bring my spare room to life.
