About the room
Large 15x22 room in a house in a quiet rural area just outside of Jacksonville city limits. Room has a separate heating/cooling unit & private entrance; furnished with a twin bed, nightstand, armoire, chest of drawers, sleeper sofa, rocking chair, 55“ TV, desk/chair, mini-serve cabinet with microwave, coffee maker, air fryer, & mini-fridge; shared bath with walk-in shower, shared use of living room/kitchen/laundry; quiet, clean house. No lease, females only, prefer college student or young adult, quiet hours 10p-5a, no smokers/drinkers/drugs, no pets. Will post room pics next week after current tenant vacates.
About the roomies
Owner is a 40+ female, other roommate is owner’s college-age daughter who will share the bath. Owner’s husband works/lives out of town but comes home on most weekends. We keep to ourselves. We have two mostly outdoor cats and a new outdoor puppy.
