Open to short term or long term. Please let me know what you are looking for. This is a beautiful house in a very safe neighborhood. You have access to the living room and kitchen. Bathroom is shared with one other person. There is a nice yard and the living room is big and open with a lot of light and a huge brand new TV. All floors are laminate flooring that are cleaned regularly. We have a cleaning lady who makes sure the basics are covered but you still have to clean after yourself when you cook and bring the trash out sometimes. Everything is high quality and new. The rooms are fully furnished and have super comfy expensive mattresses. But there is no space for a lot of stuff. Bills will be $100 for mindful use and includes internet, trash, electricity (swamp cooler), water, gas, the cleaning lady and a gardner. So it’s a total of $700.
There will be one other person who is also renting a room and the third room is mine but I will mostly be gone for work. I’m going out of town for work and might only be home once a week or even less. That’s until September and then I will be home more again. I would love to be friends if you want to stay past September. I’m very social, helpful, and kind. I’m in my 40s and love animals.
You: Work or go to school outside the house full time. You are clean and don’t have a lot of stuff and keep the common areas clutter free. You don’t do any drugs or drink excessively. You don’t smoke in the house and are considerate. I will consider a small non shedding dog if you have a dog.
