The above prices require a 12-month lease. If needing month-to-month, I’ll price the monthly rate depending on your circumstances and time requirements.

This is one of the most beautiful rooms in my home, traditionally my bedroom and made available as I am planning some travel and graduate school.

The upper bedroom is one of two large bedrooms on the top floor with a shared bathroom with only 1 other person (tub for baths, shower).

It has two large closets, and is furnished with high-quality oak headboard with plenty of storage in cabinets and drawers, with a queen bed. The room has a large chair, wood floors, and incredible charm. Windows face N and W so you get the most amazing sunset moments in this room, and painted peach, it’s the warmest of hues.

This room is located in a high-quality home with an intelligent family all our own. This is a unique offering as the rental involves joining our family which tends to mesh incredibly well with very little overlap, so if you need quiet time, there is room for that, even outside of your bedroom. If you want to interact, everyone is quite emotionally intelligent and know how to engage without being overly-burdensome. I screen to ensure appropriate resonance so that there are no conflicts.

Within our Home: Beautiful brick home with a rich array of plant life in bay window and throughout the home, also framing the main attraction in living room, an incredible brick fireplace on ground level (with wood-burning stove in basement with heated floors).

Kitchen is charming and spacious and intelligently designed, with dishwasher and many high-end amenities. Location is beautifully located on the last block before Lake Drive in Cudahy, 15-minute drive to Downtown Milwaukee (MKE) and yet beautifully oriented close to Lake Michigan as if you were far from the bustling city, within a block from parks that line the shores of Lake Michigan, with bike trails traversing North & South completely connected to the intricate MKE biking trail system, tennis courts, public pool with slides, trails that lead to the Lake Michigan’s sandy shores, and beautiful bluffs that have a bird’s eye view of Lake Michigan’s crystalline waters, waves, and boat life observable in-season, cross-country skiing off-season.

Bus stops to Milwaukee are just on the adjacent block. Perfect for students or young professionals adhering to the small footprint lifestyle.

About us: It’s Antía and I, she’s a Portuguese Water Dog (show dog of incredible intelligence) and I am an entrepreneurial business developer, educator, sailor, and lover of outdoor activities, biking, dance music festivals, the beach and boating life both power and sail, while cruising Lake Michigan in Milwaukee and beyond.

I’m well-educated (B.S. Psychology from UW-Madison) and well-traveled (studied in the Netherlands, Utrecht), visiting Belgium, Ukraine, Poland (humanitarian missions for the Ukrainian refugee crisis), and I have sailed the Atlantic Ocean, Caribbean Sea, Gulf of Mexico, Pacific Ocean, Ijsselmeer behind the Dutch 5-Islands adjacent to the North Sea.

I’m preparing for grad school and will have in every way a very inviting environment for fellow students here in Milwaukee as roommates. Near future goals (5-7 years) involves my living aboard a bluewater cruising sailboat in the West Indies, or operating a small bed & breakfast in the most appropriate location, ideally where wind, waves and sun intertwine.

Current roomies include:

1. Matthew (originally from Chicago area): A great and loving person who is down to earth, not pretentious, compassionate and understanding, experienced in day trading and spends most of his time out with his girlfriend. Matt occupies our lower, rear room off of the kitchen, lower restroom, patio, hot-tub.

2. Asi (originally from Jordan): A quiet, intelligent gent with a Business Degree with an entrepreneurial mindset. Asi spends most of his time out exploring entrepreneurial ventures, or quietly in his room. Asi occupies one of our two upper bedrooms (which has a balcony overlooking backyard), and shares 1 upper restroom (bath/shower).

3. Mark Anthony (that’s myself and property owner): Entrepreneurially minded, manage my beautiful property and its furnishings, hot-tub, sauna, and enjoy finding the right people to create a family synergy with 0 conflict.

4. Antía (my Portuguese Water Dog) is my puppy partner and is an incredibly emotionally intelligent and beautiful show-dog, ambassador, lover, yacht club enthusiast, show-ring trotter, and all around sassy pup! She loves spending time with anyone she likes, and most of us will experience her joining us in our beds. She is quiet, intelligent, loving, and the most charming lil floofy ball ’o fuzz you have ever seen! She is hypoallergenic. She likes her wool cable knit sweater.
