The place is a two-story, 3 bed 3 bath townhouse in a very safe neighborhood with plenty of stores and restaurants within a two mile radius (there is also a Dutch Bros within walking distance). In the house, there is a larger kitchen with a a small walk-in pantry and a decently sized fridge, so there will be plenty of room for food storage. There is also a small patio area out back with lights and cozy seating. The room itself is average sized with a two-door closet and a little walkway at the entrance, which adds extra privacy. The bathroom is shared with one other person and is immediately next to the room.

I am the one moving out, but you would be living with two female roommates as well as two very cute cats. The house is kept very clean at all times, so no need to worry about giant messes. It doesn’t matter whether you are a social person or someone who needs their space, as both of them are very independent people, but also super friendly and down to hang out. There are rarely people over, so no need to worry about any parties, and everyone is very respectful of each others’ space.
