The bedroom: • FULLY FURNISHED • Closet space • Blackout curtains • High quality bedding, dresser, tv • Adjustable height desk •Monitor, keyboard, etc. available at request • Bright, clean, and safe

The House: • BASICS INCLUDED (such as; cleaning supplies, hand soad, TP, paper towels, oil and basic seasonings) • ACCESS TO ALL SHARED SPACES (Including both bathrooms) • Fully equipped kitchen (cookware, appliances, etc.) • On-site laundry • Additional work/study space in the house • Cozy living and dining areas • Backyard access with seating • Lots of comfortable shared space to relax or work • Clean and organized environment
