The bedroom: • FULLY FURNISHED • Closet space • Blackout curtains • High quality bedding, dresser, tv • Adjustable height desk •Monitor, keyboard, etc. available at request • Bright, clean, and safe

The House: • BASICS INCLUDED (such as; cleaning supplies, hand soad, TP, paper towels, oil and basic seasonings) • Complentary COFFEE/TEA Station (Fully stocked with coffee and tea, honey, etc) • ACCESS TO ALL SHARED SPACES (Including both bathrooms) • Fully equipped kitchen (cookware, appliances, etc.) • On-site laundry • Additional work/study space in the house • Cozy living and dining areas • Backyard access with seating • Lots of comfortable shared space to relax or work • Clean and organized environment

All roomates are female working professionals and students in the medical and nonprofit sectors. We keep the house clean and calm and are looking for someone who’s respectful and easygoing to share the space with.
