About the room
The room comes furnished with a Sleep Number bed, a sliding door closet, and a TV with your own private bathroom. There is an in-unit washer & dryer—central AC unit in the room. You are welcome to bring your own furnishings if you like. There is also a balcony to hang out on, with a gas BBQ, and full use of the laundry, dining room, kitchen, and living room areas. For parking there is a detached garage that can fit two cars tandem and there is also a dedicated outside reserved parking spot. There is also a community pool for use. Water, garbage, and Comcast internet are included in the rent. This is an upstairs condo. Please feel free to message me if you would like details.
About the roomies
I am a 48-year-old IT professional who works at San Jose State University, and I am looking for a roommate. I enjoy BBQ’ing, being outdoors, and sometimes I do play a video game or two. I like to keep the place clean and picked up. I do have a German Shepard dog that has its own room with a crate and loves to play ball.
