Nice quiet area and warm welcoming family with two (2) super friendly dogs that live in the house. You must be able to tolerate dogs or like dogs. Room can be furnished if needed.. Price includes all utilities and the occasional meal, if you are around when Mom cooks. Room size is 10x12. A single person gets a room and bathroom. It will be your own private space, two people are welcome and that means you’ll share the bedroom and bathroom; however, the rent is $1900.00 and it includes all utilities. You will have use of kitchen, and one fridge if you need it. Deposit for couple will be $950.00. One main entrance; however, the room is at the front of the house separate from the rest of the bedrooms and home, making it more private. Plenty of parking at the front of the house at all times. My name is Glenn Alexander. We are a family of three, myself, Mom and younger brother. Two male students. One goes to Mt. Sac and the other to Cal Poly Pomona. No smoking, no drinking, no drugs. We are all quiet, but can carry a conversation if needed. You’ll get a cozy, safe family like environment. We also have two super friendly dogs. One of the dogs is a chihuahua mix and he spends most of his time asleep. The other is a husky and she likes everyone and spends her time asking for belly rubs. We are Looking for one or two people that are responsible, honest, clean and aware of the cleanliness habits of the other occupants, plus be financially reliable. We are a five minute walk to grocery store, Target, restaurants, Ross, shopping center, and around the block to Foothill transit bus stop which goes to Mt. Sac and CPP. Less than a minute away from 60 and 71 freeways as well as 57. We are a five minute drive to Costco and the Shops in Chino Hills.
