Charming, classic Miami ranch-style home equipped with both a washed and dryer. The room available is the biggest room in the house. You’d be living with my roommate and I - we both are 26 researchers, one doing her PhD at FIU and one is a UM alum. The third roommate will be moving out as soon as May 1st. We are nestled right in between Shenandoah, Coral Gables, and Little Havana. We have one bonus roommate a very sweet small kitten, Elaine :) She is a crowd favorite, hypo-allergenic, very minimal shedding. (Take it from me I am deathly allergic to cats.)

Utilities and WiFi usually come to ~$120 per month. It’s important that our new roomie is on time with all bills so we are looking for someone who has a reliable job or guarantor.

The new roommate will not be on the formal lease, this is a sublease. The lease can be renewed in September and any new roommates can add their name to the list at that time.

We are both working researchers in our mid twenties. We don’t have frequent guests over or and don’t frequently have parties and are looking for someone who has the same expectations. We are looking for someone who values open communication, cleanliness, respect, and honesty. We are looking for a female roommate only, who is working and/or a student, ideally in their mid-20s. Must be comfortable with cleaning on a schedule. We are also looking for someone who has lived with roommates before.
