About the room

I have an extra room and bath that I’m considering renting out. Half the bills comes to around $2000/month but I’d be willing to do an exchange for some or all of it for some help around the house etc. Place is custom carpeted (shoes off inside), has AC, W/D in unit and all the amenities you’d expect in a recently built downtown luxury highrise. Room has a nice view of the ocean and downtown.
