🏖️ Hi there! Thank you for checking out our rental! We live in an vintage 1950s house with amazing ocean views right on the SC municipal golf course. Close to world class surf beach Trestles and San Onofre, hiking trails and just 10 min drive or e-bike ride to downtown San Clemente, the location is near perfection if you like the quiet outdoor beach life which we’re guessing you do! The neighborhood is safe and quiet with plenty of street parking and friendly neighbors. There are also parks and restaurants in walking/biking distance. We LOVE this special place and are looking for others that do too 💖

🛋️ The main Living Room welcomes you in with a brick fireplace and expansive ocean view. This large room is a common space and is currently in progress! We are designing it to be a fun, stylish space for everyone in the house to share. Stay tuned for pics.

🛏️ 🌊☀️ There are 2 Bedrooms (semi-furnished) off of the Living Room with a shared bathroom. The smaller back bedroom (potentially yours!) has windows that open to the backyard. Rent is $1600/mo. and it’s ready for someone to move in!

These two rooms have a shared bathroom between them with original blue tile, fun & funky. Your bedroom also has a built-in closet with deep storage cabinets above. The front bedroom, with ocean view, is currently occupied by our newest roomie.

🚙 The Garage is separate from the house on the street level. It holds my car and Katie’s burgeoning flower business (plus lots of bicycles!). We do however have some extra storage space in the garage if you need it!

⚡️ 🖥️ 💧 Utilities are all included. Huzzah! (Note: if you plan on installing a personal A/C/ unit we will discuss an additional electricity charge). The house usually remains a very pleasant temp with cool ocean breezes flowing through practically year-round and we find fans are generally plenty to get us through the few hotter months.

👨‍🍳 The Kitchen, original yellow tile, very cute(!) also shares our stunning ocean view. It’s an incredible place to cook and eat and hang. Fridge and stove/oven were recently upgraded and work great. Theres plenty of space for you in the fridge, cabinets and drawers too.

🧺 Laundry. Moving through the kitchen towards the backyard is a recently upgraded washer/dryer stack and old-school utility sink. There are also hanging lines on the side of the house should you need them. Next to the laundry is Katie & mine’s bedroom and small private bathroom.

⛳️ There are stunning ocean and golf course views throughout the house and the backyard has plenty of space to chill, start a garden etc. We already have an orange and avocado tree and trying to get the plum and pear tree to catch up!

🐶 🐟 We are Pet Friendly but unfortunately cannot have cats due to allergies. Currently we have one very sweet, well trained 6-year-old Boxer/Shepherd pup, a tank full of wild guppies, and one badass beta fish! If you have pets please let us know so we can discuss.

🏡 💫 The house setup ensures you’ll have plenty of privacy and personal space while the communal kitchen and living room offer a little bit of socializing if you’re so inclined!

I, Ryan, have lived in this property almost 6 years. I am pursuing a career in the performing arts and work many odd jobs while I chase my dreams!

🌸 Katie, my partner, teaches at the Orange County School of Performing Arts, works part-time as a florist for events/weddings and does some pet-sitting too. We’re both very active and enjoy spending time outdoors, crafting, dancing, watching movies, cooking, listening to music, etc!
